Xero Partner

We specialise in Cloud Accounting and although our preferred solution is Xero we are all to familiar with the other providers such as Sage and Quickbooks. We find the best approach is to actively help and train our clients when needed.

ReceiptBank Partner

We also offer ReceiptBank to our clients so they can use their mobile phone to take photos of all their receipts via an app which sends them direct to us to be stored. Helping our clients to declutter their work space.

Why we're here

Keywhites was established in 2018 by Rob White after leaving his role in a Regent Street based accountancy practice to provide smaller, owner-managed businesses with a quality and approachable Accountancy firm.

We like to develop good relationships, taking the time to learn about you and your business in order to tailor our service to your needs.

As a practice we are committed to embracing technology in a way that benefits our clients; saving you time and money, allowing you to focus your energy on what you do best.

Accounts

We prepare Accounts (inc management Accounts) for all types of business, from sole traders to partnerships and limited companies no matter how big or small.

Bookkeeping

We can get your books straight and keep them that way. We prefer to use cloud accounting but we are flexible and will provide a service suitable to your needs

C

VAT Returns

VAT can be a complex tax and is often underestimated. We can assist by reviewing or preparing your returns and ensuring your MTD compliant.

D

Payroll/CIS

Relieve the burden of payroll, CIS and pension compliance by using our payroll service. We will deal directly with HMRC and claim for any CIS overpayments.

E

Personal Tax

Rental income, Dividends, Capital Gains, etc ? We can help you by preparing your Self-Assessment Tax Return and file it with HMRC on your behalf.

Tax Planning

Everyone who is subject to taxation needs professional advice and support if they are to optimise their tax position. Save money by being tax efficient.

Our previous Accountant was difficult to get in contact with and would leave our Accounts until the last minute so it would all be a rush and then we would get our tax bill with no time to save the money. It was a relief when we moved our business over to Rob and we had an Accountant that cared about our business and helping us to grow it. We have a Whatsaap group with Rob so whenever we want to ask him something, we put it on there and he comes straight back.

Rob suggested Xero for us, we were a bit reluctant at first as we were happy with our existing programme but once we sat down with Rob and he taught us how to use it, we could see the benefits to using it and switched. We now even use an additional App that connects to Xero and helps us delegate jobs to our staff, check on progress and raise invoices. It is nice to have an Accountant that takes the time to talk and gives us useful advice.
